Kettlebell Training / Nathan
Nathan’s Kettlebell Training session is a 45-minute workout that follows a HIIT approach, catering to individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners, intermediates, and advanced participants. During the class, individuals engage in a full-body workout utilizing kettlebells or bodyweight exercises, with intervals of 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of recovery. Advanced sessions may incorporate core sections or link exercises together to form flows or complexes.
The benefits of Kettlebell Training with Nathan include improved strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, as well as enhanced mood, stress reduction, social interaction, and improved coordination.
Participants are advised to bring water and, if possible, a yoga mat, and to wear comfortable exercise attire.
