Get ready for a high-energy Summer Sunday as The Licks bring their tight, crowd-firing rock party show to The Oval Bandstand. Known for their punchy sound and relentless energy, The Licks deliver wall-to-wall anthems that get the whole crowd singing, moving and fully involved from the first chord to the last encore.

Expect a hit-packed set of rock and indie favourites, big choruses, driving guitars and feel-good classics designed for an outdoor summer crowd. This is a band that knows how to read an audience and turn a relaxed Sunday into a proper live music moment.

Our popular Summer Sundays concert series is back, with even more live performances across a wide range of genres, all set against the open-air backdrop of The Oval Bandstand & Lawns.

• Doors, toilets and concessions open: 1pm – 5pm .
• Concert: 2pm – 4pm.
• A minimum £2 donation per adult on door (under 16’s no donation required).
• All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• A fully licensed bar and food is available (alcohol and food is not to be brought into venue, bag searches are in operation).
• Fully accessible toilet facilities are available.
• All seating areas have step-free access.
• There is no car parking at the venue, please use public transport, bicycles, or arrive on foot. There is very limited local car parking and charges may apply.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they MUST be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the bandstand auditorium.
